Méndez de Vigo ensemble, j’en viens à la conclusion qu’il ne s’agit assurément pas de jumeaux monozygotes, mais que malgré tout le résultat est excellent. Quoi qu’il en soit, le résultat est remarquable. À cela s’ajoute que, avec tout le respect que je vous dois, Monsieur le Commissaire, l’aboutissement des deux rapports est selon moi supérieur aux résultats du rapport de la Commission, en ce sens que les nôtres exposent le sujet plus clairement et de manière moins ambiguë. Je pense donc que la Commission devrait en tirer des leçons.
