Je souhaiterais entamer mon intervention d'aujourd'hui en mentionnant brièvement certains des cas épinglés par le rapport du SAI en ce qui concerne les projets d'aide extérieure. In my initial statement today, I want to mention briefly some of the cases highlighted in the IAS report in relation to external assistance projects; and then to discuss in more detail the specific case of the contract for support to the census in FYROM, on which I have already written to members of the Committee on a number of occasions, and on which I have also answered various parliamentary questions.
