Si la Commission décide d’octroyer une contribution financière du Fonds sur la base d’une demande reçue après le 28 juin 2014 pour une catastrophe naturelle relevant du champ d’application du présent règlement, elle peut rejeter une nouvelle demande de contribution financière relative à une catastrophe naturelle de même nature ou réduire le montant à accorder lorsque l’État membre fait l’objet d’une procédure d’infraction et que la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne a rendu un jugement définitif selon lequel l’État membre concerné n’a pas appliqué la législation de l’Union en matière de prévention et de gestion des risques de catastrophes directement afférente à la nature de la catastrophe naturelle subie.
If the Commission decides on a financial contribution from the Fund based on an application received after 28 June 2014 for a natural disaster falling under the scope of this Regulation, it may reject a further application for a financial contribution relating to a natural disaster of the same nature or reduce the amount to be made available where the Member State is the subject of infringement proceedings and the Court of Justice of the European Union has delivered a final judgment that the Member State concerned has failed to implement Union legislation on disaster risk prevention and management, which is directly linked to the nature of the natural disaster suffered.

5. Lorsque le parti politique européen n'est plus enregistré dans le registre visé à l'article 7 du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 1141/2014 ou a fait l'objet de l'une des sanctions prévues à l'article 27 dudit règlement, l'ordonnateur compétent peut suspendre, réduire ou supprimer la contribution et recouvrer les montants indûment versés dans le cadre de l'accord ou de la décision de contribution, proportionnellement à la gravité des erreurs, irrégularités, fraudes ou autres infractions aux obligations liées à l'utilisation de la contribution, après que le parti politique européen a été mis en mesure de présenter ses observations.
5. Where the European political party is no longer registered in the Register referred to in Article 7 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014 or has been the subject of any of the penalties provided for in Article 27 of that Regulation, the authorising officer responsible may suspend, reduce or terminate the contribution and recover amounts unduly paid under the contribution agreement or decision, in proportion to the seriousness of the errors, irregularities, fraud or other breach of obligations related to the use of contribution, after the European political party has been given the opportunity to present its observations.
