By way of derogation from Articles 17 and 18, a competent authority may permit, for a period not exceeding 270 days, the making available on the market or use of a biocidal product which does not fulfil the conditions for authorisation laid down in this Regulation, for a limited and controlled use, if such a measure is necessary because of a danger to public health or the environment which cannot be contained by other means.

(a) in respect of a claimant who was paid less than 36 weeks of regular benefits in the 260 weeks before the beginning of their benefit period and who, according to their income tax returns for which notices of assessment have been sent by the Canada Revenue Agency, paid at least 30% of the maximum annual employee’s premium in 7 of the 10 years before the beginning of their benefit period or, if their income tax return for the year before the beginning of their benefit period has not yet been filed or a notice of assessment for that year has not yet been sent by that Agency, in 7 of the 10 years before that year,

73 (1) Tout registre des porteurs de débentures d’une compagnie doit être ouvert à l’examen des porteurs enregistrés de ces débentures et de tous les actionnaires de la compagnie, sauf pendant les périodes de fermeture fixées par les statuts de la compagnie ou les stipulations des débentures ou de l’acte les créant, s’il en est, périodes qui ne doivent pas dépasser au total trente jours par an. 73 (1) Every register of holders of debentures of a company shall, except when closed in accordance with the by-laws of the company or the provisions of the debentures or the covering deed, if any, during such period or periods, not exceeding in the whole thirty days in any year, as may be specified in the said by-laws or provisions, be open to the inspection of the registered holder of any such debentures, and of any shareholder, but subject to such reasonable restrictions as the company may impose, so that at least two hours in each day are appointed for inspection, and every such holder may require a copy of the register or any part thereof on payment of ten cents for every hundred words required to be copied.

2. Lorsque la partie d'importation ne communique pas ses décisions en réponse à une notification dans les deux cent soixante-dix jours suivant la date de réception de celle-ci, l'exportateur adresse un rappel écrit, fixant un délai de réponse de soixante jours à compter de la réception de ce rappel, à l'autorité compétente de cette partie d'importation et en communique copie au secrétariat, à l'État membre d'exportation et à la Commission.

In cases where the Party of import does not communicate its decisions in response to a notification within 270 days from the date of receiving the notification, the exporter shall send a written reminder, with a deadline for response of 60 days from receipt of this reminder, to the competent authority of that Party of import, with a copy to the Secretariat, to the Member State of export, and to the Commission.

5. Notwithstanding paragraphs 2 and 3, the minimum period of 10 hours may be reduced to not less than six consecutive hours provided that no such reduction shall extend beyond two days and at least 70 hours of rest are provided each seven-day period.

To that end, the contractor shall inform the competent agency at least five working days before the end of the maximum contractual storage period of 210 days or, where appropriate and where products are removed during the 210-day period, before the start of the removal operations, indicating the storage lots involved.
