Mais comme plusieurs orateurs l’ont dit, on ne peut s’arrêter à la seule situation militaire puisqu’il faut privilégier, devant les atrocités qui, comme beaucoup l’ont rappelé, durent depuis très longtemps, une solution politique, comme l’ont montré les visites du commissaire Michel, de Bernard Kouchner, de David Miliband, pour permettre de renouer les contacts entre les protagonistes de la région.
