Je vais donc m'en tenir uniquement à féliciter le gouvernement d'avoir accepté cette demande du Bloc québécois de nommer dorénavant les directeurs de scrutin en vertu d'un concours ouvert, transparent, où la personne la plus qualifiée pour ce poste sera nommée directeur ou directrice de scrutin.
