La Commission a décidé de rouvrir la procédure contre la société houillère espagnole González y Díez S.A. afin de remplacer une décision prise le 2 juillet 2002 et arrêter une nouvelle décision sur la base des nouvelles règles de procédure applicables après l'expiration du traité instituant la Communauté européenne du charbon et de l'acier (CECA) le 23 juillet 2002.
The Commission has decided to reopen the procedure against the Spanish coal mining company González y Díez S.A. in order to replace a decision taken on 2 July 2002 and adopt a new decision with the new procedural rules that apply after the expiry of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) Treaty on 23 July 2002.
