Mr. Feltham: With regard to the case to which my colleague referred, it dealt with the application of section 337 of the U.S. tariff act of 1930 in which the GATT panel made a distinction between imported goods, to which the U.S. patent laws and procedures applied at that point, and goods made in the United States that might infringe a patent with respect to which the procedures did not apply until some other point in the process.
