The Commission considers indeed that the proposed concentration is likely to create of to reinforce dominant positions on three markets: - in respect of the market for administrative and technical services supplied to pay-TV operators and operators of other TV services, MSG would hold a durable dominant position on this new market, such as to limit or to prevent entry of competitors; - in respect of the market for pay-TV, the creation of MSG would enable Bertelsmann and Kirch to hold a dominant position or to reinforce it; - in respect of the market for cable network, MSG would enable Telekom to reinforce its dominant position.
