In considering this question of privilege, I was particularly struck by O'Brien and Bosc, 2009, in Chapter 3, the section beginning on page 108, where a subsection of Chapter 3 — Chapter 3 being about privileges and immunities — is headed " Freedom from Obstruction, Interference, Intimidation and Molestation" .
