The Commission may undertake a specific review relating to an individual third country or territory at any time outside the general review, where relevant developments make it necessary for the Commission to re-assess the recognition granted by this decision. The Commission should continue to monitor, with the technical assistance of EIOPA, the evolution of the regime in force in Switzerland and the fulfilment of the conditions on the basis of which this Decision has been taken,

(2) (a) Where, prior to the entry into force of this Agreement, a worker other than a worker referred to in Article VI, who is subject to the legislation of one Party and who is employed by an employer having his place of business in the territory of that Party has been sent by that employer to work in the territory of the other Party, he shall after the entry into force of this Agreement be entitled to choose within three months of such entry into force that the legislation of one Party or the other shall apply to him in respect of such employement; and if he chooses to be covered under the legislation of the first Party, then the legislation of that Party shall apply to him for a period of up to 24 months; and if he chooses to be covered under the legislation of the second Party, then the legislation of that Party shall apply to him; and in either case his choice shall take effect from the day on which he gives notice to the appropriate competent authority.

L'autorisation est accordée lorsque les soins dont il s'agit figurent parmi les prestations prévues par la législation de l'État membre sur le territoire duquel réside l'intéressé et que ces soins ne peuvent lui être dispensés dans un délai acceptable sur le plan médical, compte tenu de son état actuel de santé et de l'évolution probable de la maladie.
The authorisation shall be accorded where the treatment in question is among the benefits provided for by the legislation in the Member State where the person concerned resides and where he/she cannot be given such treatment within a time limit which is medically justifiable, taking into account his/her current state of health and the probable course of his/her illness.

2. L'application de l'article 1er ne peut avoir pour effet le refus de la demande d'une prestation spéciale à caractère non contributif, accordée à titre de complément d'une pension, faite par l'intéressé qui remplissait les conditions d'octroi de ladite prestation avant l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, même s'il réside sur le territoire d'un État membre autre que l'État compétent, sous réserve que la demande de prestation soit faite dans un délai de cinq ans à compter de l'entrée en vigueur du présent réglement.
2. Application of Article 1 of the Regulation shall not by itself have for effect the refusal of the application for a special non-contributory benefit, granted in addition to a pension, made by the claimant or beneficiary who fulfilled the conditions for the grant of that benefit before the entry into force of this Regulation even if he or she is resident in the territory of a Member State other than the competent State, provided that the application for benefit is made within five years of the entry into force of this Regulation.

4. Nonobstant le paragraphe 3, toute prestation spéciale à caractère non contributif, accordée à titre de complément à une pension qui n'a pas été liquidée ou qui a été suspendue en raison de la résidence de l'intéressé sur le territoire d'un État membre autre que l'État compétent est, à la demande de l'interessé, liquidée ou rétablie à partir de l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement avec effet à la date du transfert de résidence.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3, any special non-contributory benefit granted in addition to a pension which has been refused or suspended on grounds of the claimant's or beneficiary's residence in the territory of a Member State other than the competent State shall, upon application of the claimant or beneficiary, be granted or reinstituted from the date of entry into force of this Regulation with effect from the date of change of residence.

Les allocations de logement et, en ce qui concerne le Luxembourg, les prestations familiales qui seraient instituées après la mise en vigueur du présent règlement pour des raisons démographiques ne seront pas accordées aux intéressés résidant sur le territoire d'un État membre autre que l'État compétent.
Housing allowances and, in the case of Luxembourg, family benefits introduced after the entry into force of this Regulation for demographic reasons shall not be granted to persons resident in the territory of a Member State other than the competent State.
