Avant de terminer mon allocution, je voudrais souligner la force de la relation de coopération qui existe entre l’Union européenne et l’État du Qatar en particulier, ainsi qu’avec le Conseil de coopération des États du Golfe arabe d’une manière générale.
Before I end my speech, I would like to refer to the strength of the cooperation relationship between the European Union and the State of Qatar specifically, and with the Cooperation Council of the Arab Gulf States in general.

Dans mon allocution devant le parlement bulgare il y quelques semaines, j’ai encouragé les membres du parlement bulgare à consacrer une partie de leurs vacances d’été au travail législatif urgent et à ne prendre leur envol pour la mer Noire qu’après avoir terminé le travail relatif à l’UE.
