The public procurement directives already permit [72] contracting authorities to identify, or for them to be obliged by a Member State to identify, in the contract documents the national competent authority or authorities from whom tenderers may obtain relevant information on obligations regarding safety and working conditions which are applicable at the place where the works are carried out or on the sites where the services are provided [73].
