I think this amendment should be included in the bill, but as the attorneys general of the provinces and Canada already have an obligation to report on some elements, I could introduce my amendment BQ-64 but we should also read BQ-65, which happens to give investigative powers to the commissioner, whose appointment I'm suggesting, to oversee the Anti-terrorism Act.
