It was agreed, on division, That the proposed motion by Eric Lowther be stood pending the preparation of a report by Heritage Canada on the process followed to prepare Canada's second report on Canada's compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and that the report by Heritage Canada be submitted by February 1, 1999.
