Nous estimons que, grâce à ce rapport, le Parlement européen affirme clairement son soutien à un accord d’association ambitieux et très ouvert entre le vieux continent et une grande partie du nouveau continent, que nous souhaitons voir intégrée. Par ailleurs, nous appelons la Commission à accélérer les négociations afin que cet accord devienne réalité le plus rapidement possible, pour le bien des citoyens des deux continents.
We believe that, by means of this report, the European Parliament is making clear its support for a far-reaching and ambitious Association Agreement between the old continent and a large part of the new continent, which we want to be integrated, and we call upon the Commission to speed up the negotiations so that the agreement can become a reality as soon as possible, for the benefit of the citizens of both continents.
