3. Les constructeurs qui modifient un véhicule incomplet à tel point qu'il doit être classé dans une autre catégorie de véhicule, de telle sorte que les exigences légales déjà vérifiées à un stade antérieur du processus de réception ont changé, sont également responsables de la conformité avec les exigences applicables à la catégorie de véhicules dans laquelle le véhicule modifié est classé.
3. Manufacturers who modify the incomplete vehicle in such a manner that it qualifies as a different category of vehicle, with the consequence that the legal requirements already assessed in a previous stage of approval have changed, shall also be responsible for compliance with the requirements applicable to the category of vehicles for which the modified vehicle qualifies.

6. Dans le cas d'un véhicule incomplet ou complété, le constructeur indique, dans le certificat de conformité, uniquement les éléments qui ont été ajoutés ou modifiés au stade considéré de la réception, et, le cas échéant, annexe au certificat tous les certificats de conformité qui ont été délivrés aux stades antérieurs.
6. In the case of an incomplete or completed vehicle, the manufacturer shall fill in only those items of the certificate of conformity which have been added or changed at the current stage of approval and, if applicable, shall attach to the certificate all certificates of conformity delivered at the previous stages.

4. L'autorité compétente en matière de réception demande à l'autorité compétente qui a accordé la réception UE par type du système, du composant, de l'entité technique ou du véhicule incomplet de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour faire en sorte que les véhicules en production soient remis en conformité avec le type réceptionné dans les cas suivants:

The approval authority shall request the approval authority which granted the EU type-approval for a system, component, separate technical unit or incomplete vehicle to take the necessary action to ensure that vehicles in production are brought back into conformity with the approved type in the following cases:
