Les articles 2, 4 et 5 des décisions 88/376/CEE, Euratom, 94/728/CE, Euratom et 2000/597/CE, Euratom restent applicables aux calculs et ajustements des recettes provenant de l’application d’un taux uniforme valable pour tous les États membres à l’assiette de la TVA déterminée de manière uniforme et limitée à un taux compris entre 50 et 55 % du PNB ou du RNB de chaque État membre, selon l’exercice considéré, et au calcul de la correction des déséquilibres budgétaires accordée au Royaume-Uni pour les années 1988 à 2006.

Articles 2, 4 and 5 of Decisions 88/376/EEC, Euratom, 94/728/EC, Euratom and 2000/597/EC, Euratom shall continue to apply to the calculation and adjustment of revenue accruing from the application of a uniform rate valid for all Member States to the VAT base determined in a uniform manner and limited between 50 % and 55 % of the GNP or GNI of each Member State, depending on the relevant year, and to the calculation of the correction of budgetary imbalances granted to the United Kingdom for the years 1988 to 2006.

Les demandes soumises avant l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement demeurent valables, à condition qu'elles soient complétées, si nécessaire, pour se conformer aux exigences du règlement (CEE) no 1164/94 tel quel modifié, et ce dans un délai de deux mois après l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.
Applications submitted before the entry into force of this Regulation shall remain valid provided that, where necessary, they are supplemented to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1164/94, as amended within two months of the entry into force of this Regulation.
