Les demandes relatives à de grands projets, au sens des articles 39, 40 et 41 du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006, introduites auprès de la Commission au titre du règlement (CE) no 1164/94 restent valables, pour autant qu'elles soient complétées, en tant que de besoin, de façon à les rendre conformes aux exigences du présent règlement et aux articles susmentionnés du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006, dans un délai maximal de deux mois à compter du 1er janvier 2007.
2. Applications for major projects within the meaning of Articles 39, 40 and 41 of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 made to the Commission under Regulation (EC) No 1164/94 shall remain valid provided that such applications are supplemented, where necessary, so as to comply with the requirements of this Regulation and the abovementioned Articles of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 within not more than two months as of 1 January 2007.

Les articles 2, 4 et 5 des décisions 88/376/CEE, Euratom, 94/728/CE, Euratom et 2000/597/CE, Euratom restent applicables aux calculs et ajustements des recettes provenant de l’application d’un taux uniforme valable pour tous les États membres à l’assiette de la TVA déterminée de manière uniforme et limitée à un taux compris entre 50 et 55 % du PNB ou du RNB de chaque État membre, selon l’exercice considéré, et au calcul de la correction des déséquilibres budgétaires accordée au Royaume-Uni pour les années 1988 à 2006.
2. Articles 2, 4 and 5 of Decisions 88/376/EEC, Euratom, 94/728/EC, Euratom and 2000/597/EC, Euratom shall continue to apply to the calculation and adjustment of revenue accruing from the application of a uniform rate valid for all Member States to the VAT base determined in a uniform manner and limited between 50 % and 55 % of the GNP or GNI of each Member State, depending on the relevant year, and to the calculation of the correction of budgetary imbalances granted to the United Kingdom for the years 1988 to 2006.
