− Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs les parlementaires, je suis très heureux de pouvoir, à mon tour, féliciter les auteurs de ces trois rapports, et je dirai à l’attention de Rachida Dati que, vraiment, ces rapports s’inscrivent parfaitement dans les efforts qu’a déployés la Présidence française et qui, évidemment, ont retenu toute notre attention.
− (FR) Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I am very pleased to be able to take my turn in congratulating the authors of these three reports, and I would say to Mrs Dati that, really, these reports are perfectly in keeping with the efforts which have been made by the French Presidency and to which we have obviously given full consideration.

Once again, I am very happy to see this synergy between our European institutions – the Council, Parliament and the Commission – on this subject; I believe, Mrs Wallis, that, in line with your wish for us to be careful and not to limit our ambition but rather to apply it to e -justice, the French Presidency and Mrs Dati have demonstrated such ambition.

En tout cas, merci, le débat de ce matin en présence de Rachida Dati nous permet déjà de voir comment nous allons essayer de proposer un programme de Stockholm ambitieux, à la mesure de l’attente des citoyens qui veulent cet espace judiciaire européen.
