Without prejudging the normal budgetary and programming processes, the Commission foresees at this stage that it should be possible, within the existing instruments and financial programming, to propose a total volume of funding for these programmes over the period 2004-06 of the order of EUR955 million, representing EUR700m from INTERREG, EUR90m from PHARE, EUR75m from Tacis, EUR45m from CARDS and EUR45m from Meda.

Les programmes Interreg/CARDS seront sans doute convertis prochainement en programmes de voisinage afin d’encourager et de consolider la coopération entre la Grèce et l’Albanie et entre la Grèce et l’ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine.
