The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed creation of a joint venture between the German car components companies Behr Service GmbH and KGaA Hueck Co. The Commission concluded that the transaction will not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
