En fait, il ne reste plus de rapport, car les deux autres grands groupes, à savoir le groupe du parti populaire européen (démocrates-chrétiens) et des démocrates européens et le groupe de l’alliance des démocrates et des libéraux pour l’Europe, ne se sont pas présentés lors du vote sur mon rapport à la commission des affaires économiques et monétaires et, sans le moindre avertissement, ont voté contre le rapport à l’avance car ils n’ont pas apprécié le rejet ou l’adoption de l’un ou l’autre amendement.
