The financial contribution of the Union to the Joint Baltic Sea Research and Development Programme BONUS (‘BONUS’) undertaken jointly by Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland and Sweden (the Participating States), shall be provided under the conditions set out in this Decision.

Afin de protéger ses intérêts financiers, l’Union devrait être habilitée à réduire sa contribution financière, la suspendre ou y mettre fin si BONUS est mis en œuvre de façon incorrecte, partielle ou tardive, ou si les États participants ne contribuent pas ou contribuent partiellement ou tardivement au financement du programme, selon les termes des accords devant être conclus entre l’Union et le GEIE BONUS.
