10. L'avis d'ouverture de la procédure annonce l'ouverture d'une enquête, indique le produit et les pays concernés, fournit un résumé des informations reçues et prévoit que toute information utile doit être communiquée à la Commission; il fixe le délai dans lequel les parties intéressées peuvent se faire connaître, présenter leur point de vue par écrit et communiquer des informations si ces points de vue et ces informations doivent être pris en compte au cours de l'enquête; il précise également le délai dans lequel les parties intéressées peuvent demander à être entendues par la Commission conformément à l'article 6, paragraphe 5.
