Après l’avoir entendu dire qu’elle n’allait pas agir aujourd’hui comme elle l’avait fait précédemment et qu’il fallait trouver, au nom de la coopération pour une bonne gestion financière, une meilleure base juridique réglementaire et de comitologie, je donne raison à mon camarade Van Hulten, parce que je pense que nous assistons à une inflexion dans le comportement et l’attitude de la Commission.
Having heard you say that the Commission’s behaviour would not now be the same as on previous occasions and that we have to seek, for the sake of cooperation in relation to good financial management, an improvement of the regulatory and commitological legal basis, I agree with Mr Van Hulten, because I believe that we are seeing an inflexion in the behaviour and attitude of the Commission.
