As a consequence of the wide-ranging scope of the concepts of 'distance contract', 'financial service' and 'means of distance communication', as defined in Article 2f the proposal, there is a real danger that certain types of notarised contract would fall within the scope of the directive. There is no call for that to happen.
Compte tenu du caractère vague des notions de "contrat de commercialisation à distance", de "service financier" et de "technique de communication à distance" (article 2 du projet), le risque réel est que certains contrats notariés entrent dans le champ d'application de la directive.
