If this is to be an election issue, so be it, but I believe that in the short time I've been on this committee I've come to appreciate and learn and to be able to discern the very considered comments that have, in this case, come around this table both from members opposite Madame Lalonde and Monsieur Bergeron as well as my two colleagues here.
