7a. Where a person sends another person a document which sets a period of time within which the addressee has to reply or take other action but does not state when that period is to begin, then, in the absence of indications to the contrary, the period shall be calculated from the moment the document reaches the addressee (See amendment for paragraph 6; the text has been amended)

Si une personne expédie à une autre personne un document qui fixe un délai dans lequel le destinataire doit répondre ou agir mais ne précise pas la date à laquelle le délai doit commencer à courir, en l'absence d'indications contraires, le délai est calculé à compter du moment où le document parvient au destinataire (Voir l'amendement au paragraphe 6; le texte a été modifié).
