Définition: Le patient attribue ses symptômes au trouble somatique d'un système ou d'un organe innervé et contrôlé, en grande partie ou entièrement, par le système neurovégétatif: système cardio-vasculaire, gastro-intestinal, respiratoire, et urogénital.
