Eiceldonatie: medische en psychologische evaluatie van de eiceldonor en gevolgen voor haar gezondheid (HGR 8639) De Hoge Gezondheidsraad heeft van mevrouw de minister Laurette Onkelinx een adviesaanvraag over eiceldonatie ontvangen betreffende (1) de medische en psychologische beoordeling van de kandidaat- eiceldonor, (2) de mogelijke gevolgen voor de gezondheid op korte en lange termijn en ook de gevolgen voor het psychosociale welzijn, (3) de mogelijke gevolgen voor de vruchtbaarheid van de donor en (4) de eventuele nood aan medische opvolging van de donor na donatie.
Le don d’ovocytes: évaluation médicale et psychologique de la donneuse d’ovocytes et conséquences pour sa santé (CSS 8639) Le Conseil Supérieur de la Santé a reçu une demande d’avis de Madame la ministre Laurette Onkelinx concernant le don d’ovocytes et notamment (1) sur la nécessité ou pas d’une évaluation médicale et psychologique de la candidate donneuse d’ovocytes, (2) sur les implications de santé potentielles à court et long terme, y compris les implications pour le bien-être psychosocial, (3) sur les suites possibles en ce qui concerne la fertilité de la donneuse et enfin (4) sur le besoin éventuel d’un suivi médical de la donneuse après le don.

Op basis van deze bedenkingen adviseert de Hoge Gezondheidsraad (HGR) dat een patiënt met PD niet hoeft uitgesloten te worden als donor van allogreffes op voorwaarde dat: 1/ de diagnose van PD met zekerheid gesteld werd (bv. als er o.a. een gunstig effect wordt vastgesteld naar aanleiding van een ingestelde specifieke behandeling voor PD);
Au vu de ces considérations, le Conseil Supérieur de la Santé (CSS) recommande qu’un patient présentant une MP ne soit pas exclu comme donneur d’allogreffes pour autant que: 1/ le diagnostic de la MP ait été posé avec certitude (p. ex. si l’on constate notamment un effet favorable à la suite de la mise en place d’un traitement spécifique de la MP) ;
