- verhoging van het totaal plasma thyroxine en mogelijke verhoging van het globuline dat thyroxine bindt (TBG = Thyroxin Binding Globulin);
- augmentation des concentrations plasmatiques totales de thyroxine et augmentation éventuelle des taux de la globuline se liant à la thyroxine (TBG = Thyroxin Binding Globulin).

Zeer zelden: toename van prolactine in het bloed, met of zonder klinische symptomen zoals galactorrhoea, gynaecomastie, abnormale thyroïdefunctietests (verminderd L- thyroxine (vrij thyroxine, thyroxine, triiodothyronine) en verhoogd thyroïdstimulerend hormoon in het bloed meestal zonder klinische tekenen); er zijn gevallen gerapporteerd van verminderde botdichtheid, osteopenie, osteoporose en fracturen bij patiënten die een langetermijnbehandeling kregen met Carbamazepine Retard Mylan.
Affections endocriniennes Fréquent : œdème, rétention hydrique, gain de poids, hyponatrémie et diminution de l’osmolarité sanguine due à un effet ressemblant à celui de l’hormone antidiurétique, qui, dans de rares cas, peut mener à une intoxication aqueuse avec léthargie, vomissements, céphalées, état confusionnel et anomalies neurologiques. Très rare : augmentation de la prolactine sanguine, avec ou sans symptômes cliniques tels que galactorrhée, gynécomastie, anomalies des tests fonctionnels thyroïdiens (diminution de la L-thyroxine (thyroxine libre, thyroxine, triiodothyronine) et augmentation de l’hormone thyréotrope sanguine, habituellement sans signes cliniques) ; des rapports ont fait état d'une diminution de la densité minérale osseuse, d'ostéopénie, d'ostéoporose et de fractures chez des patients sous traitement à long terme avec Carbamazepine Retard Mylan.

Patiënten op Elthyrone® kunnen worden overgeschakeld op Euthyrox® of L-Thyroxine® aan eenzelfde dosis.
Les patients sous Elthyrone® peuvent passer à Euthyrox® ou L-Thyroxine® à un même dosage.
