2. 4. La partie importatrice informe la partie exportatrice de toute modification concernant les mesures ayant une incidence sur les contrôles des importations et les redevances d'inspection, en expose les raisons, et lui indique toute modification notable intervenue dans la gestion administrative de ces contrôles.
4. The importing Party shall inform the exporting Party of any amendment, including the reasons for these amendments concerning the measures affecting import checks and inspection fees and of any significant changes in the administrative conduct for such checks.

5. Les États membres s'assurent qu'un engagement est conclu avec le pays tiers concerné selon lequel tout changement notable dans le régime de formation et de brevet prévu conformément à la convention STCW est rapidement notifié.
5. The Member State must ensure that an undertaking is agreed with the third country concerned that prompt notification will be given of any significant change in the arrangements for training and certification provided in accordance with the STCW Convention.
