La directive 2001/112/CE du Conseil du 20 décembre 2001 relative aux jus de fruits et à certains produits similaires destinés à l'alimentation humaine (4), la directive 83/417/CEE du Conseil du 25 juillet 1983 relative au rapprochement des législations des États membres concernant certaines lacto-protéines (caséines et caséinates) destinées à l'alimentation humaine (5) et le règlement (CE) no 1493/1999 du Conseil du 17 mai 1999 portant organisation commune du marché vitivinicole (6) devraient donc être modifiés en conséquence.
Council Directive 2001/112/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption (4), Council Directive 83/417/EEC of 25 July 1983 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to certain lactoproteins (caseins and caseinates) intended for human consumption (5) and Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine (6) should therefore be amended accordingly.
