Un comité ad hoc, composé de représentants de la Commission et des États membres et présidé par un représentant de la Commission, devrait être créé en vue de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour faciliter l'application du présent règlement, notamment en échangeant les bonnes pratiques concernant son application entre les États membres, la prévention de la fraude concernant des documents publics, leurs copies certifiées conformes et leurs traductions certifiées conformes, l'utilisation de versions électroniques de documents publics et l'utilisation de formulaires types multilingues et les documents falsifiés qui ont été détectés.
An ad hoc committee, composed of representatives of the Commission and of the Member States and chaired by a representative of the Commission, should be set up with a view to taking any measures necessary to facilitate the application of this Regulation, in particular by exchanging best practice concerning the application of the Regulation between Member States, the prevention of fraud involving public documents, certified copies and certified translations thereof, the use of electronic versions of public documents, the use of multilingual standard forms, and concerning detected forged documents.

Les formulaires types multilingues établis par le présent règlement devraient refléter le contenu des documents publics auxquels ils sont joints et, dans la mesure du possible, rendre superflue la traduction de ces documents publics.
The multilingual standard forms established by this Regulation should reflect the content of the public documents to which they are attached and should eliminate, to the extent possible, the need for a translation of those public documents.

1. À la demande de la personne protégée, l’autorité d’émission de l’État membre d’origine délivre le certificat en utilisant le formulaire-type multilingue établi conformément à l’article 19 et contenant les informations prévues à l’article 7.
1. The issuing authority of the Member State of origin shall, upon request by the protected person, issue the certificate using the multilingual standard form established in accordance with Article 19 and containing the information provided for in Article 7.

3. Upon request by the protected person, the issuing authority of the Member State of origin shall provide the protected person with a transliteration and/or a translation of the certificate by making use of the multilingual standard form established in accordance with Article 19.

In the event of suspension or withdrawal of the protection measure in the Member State of origin, suspension or limitation of its enforceability, or withdrawal of the certificate in accordance with point (b) of Article 9(1), the issuing authority of the Member State of origin shall, upon request by the protected person or the person causing the risk, issue a certificate indicating that suspension, limitation or withdrawal using the multilingual standard form established in accordance with Article 19.

Il convient de limiter autant que possible les champs de texte libre du formulaire-type de certificat multilingue, afin que la traduction ou la translittération de celui-ci puisse être fournie dans la plupart des cas sans imposer de coûts à la personne protégée, en utilisant le formulaire-type dans la langue concernée.
Free text fields in the multilingual standard form for the certificate should be as limited as possible, so that translation or transliteration may be provided in most cases without imposing any costs on the protected person by making use of the standard form in the relevant language.
