À cet égard, le Tribunal a pu constater, en prenant connaissance de trois des seize variantes de l’étude de cas du concours, que celle-ci, loin d’être un simple énoncé de quelques lignes susceptible d’être retenu par un candidat et facilement expliqué à un autre, prenait la forme d’un dossier de plus d’une vingtaine de pages contenant une série de documents à caractère très différent.
In that regard, the Tribunal found, from examining three of the sixteen versions of the competition’s case study, that the case study, far from being a simple paper consisting of a few lines capable of being memorised by one candidate and easily explained to another, took the form of a file of more than twenty pages containing a set of documents of very different types.
