– having regard to the First Agreement of Principles Governing the Normalisation of Relations, signed by Prime Ministers Hashim Thaci and Ivica Dacic on 19 April 2013, and the Implementation Action Plan of 22 May 2013,

– vu le premier accord de principe du 19 avril 2013 régissant la normalisation des relations entre les Premiers ministres Ivica Dačić et Hasim Thaçi et le plan d'action du 22 mai 2013 pour sa mise en œuvre, fruit de dix réunions dans le cadre du dialogue de haut niveau entre Belgrade et Pristina,
– having regard to the First Agreement of Principles Governing the Normalisation of Relations between Prime Ministers Ivica Dacic and Hasim Thaci of 19 April 2013 and the Implementation Action Plan of 22 May 2013, which was the result of ten rounds of the high-level Belgrade-Pristina dialogue,

63. Le Conseil salue l'engagement dont font preuve les premiers ministres MM. Hashim Thaçi et Ivica Dačić dans le cadre du dialogue entre Pristina et Belgrade mené grâce à la médiation de l'UE.
63. The Council commends PM Thaci and PM Dacic for their engagement in the EU facilitated dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade.
