Vertaling van "taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable sera augmenté " (Frans → Engels) :

a) Si le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable égale ou dépasse le taux annuel spécifié pour ce bénéficiaire dans la Colonne I de l’Annexe B, le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable sera augmenté conformément à l’article 3, mais aucune augmentation ne doit se faire en vertu des présents règlements du taux annuel auquel la seconde pension du bénéficiaire est payable; et
(a) if the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable is equal to or exceeds the annual rate specified for such recipient in Column I of Schedule B, the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable shall be increased in accordance with section 3, but no increase shall be made pursuant to these Regulations in the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable; and

b) Si le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable est moindre que le taux annuel spécifié pour ce bénéficiaire dans la Colonnne I de l’Annexe B, le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable sera augmenté en conformité de l’article 3, et
(b) if the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable is less than the annual rate specified for such recipient in Column I of Schedule B, the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable shall be increased in accordance with section 3, and

(i) si le taux annuel auquel la seconde pension du bénéficiaire est payable et le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable forment un total qui ne dépasse pas le taux annuel spécifié pour ce bénéficiaire dans la Colonne I de l’Annexe B, le taux annuel auquel la seconde pension du bénéficiaire est payable sera augmenté en conformité de l’article 3, et
(i) if the aggregate of the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable, together with the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable, does not exceed the annual rate specified for such recipient in Column I of Schedule B, the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable shall be increased in accordance with section 3, and

(ii) si le taux annuel auquel la seconde pension du bénéficiaire est payable et le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable forment un total qui dépasse le taux annuel spécifié pour ce bénéficiaire à la Colonne I de l’Annexe B, le taux annuel auquel la seconde pension du bénéficiaire est payable sera, aux fins des présents règlements, censé être payable à un taux égal au taux annuel déterminé en soustrayant du taux annuel spécifié pour ce bénéficiaire dans la Colonne I de l’Annexe B, le taux annuel auquel la première pension du bénéficiaire est payable et le taux ainsi déterminé sera augmenté conformément à l’article 3;
(ii) if the aggregate of the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable, together with the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable, exceeds the annual rate specified for such recipient in Column I of Schedule B, the annual rate at which the second pension of the recipient is payable shall, for the purposes of these Regulations, be deemed to be payable at a rate equal to the annual rate determined by subtracting from the annual rate specified for such recipient in Column I of Schedule B, the annual rate at which the first pension of the recipient is payable and the rate so determined shall be increased in accordance with section 3,

(a) if the annual rate of the first pension of the recipient is equal to or greater than the annual rate specified in column 1 of Schedule III for the class to which the recipient belongs, the annual rate of the first pension of that recipient shall be increased in accordance with the formula set out in section 3, and no increase shall be made in the annual rate of the second pension of the recipient;
