On souhaite évidemment qu'ils soient sensibles au fait qu'ils travaillent dans un milieu francophone et qu'ils apprennent la langue d'usage, mais surtout, que les travailleurs qui seront sous leur tutelle ou leur gouverne n'aient pas à faire fi de leur droit fondamental de travailler en français pour répondre à une demande d'un unilingue anglophone.
Of course, we want them to be sensitive to the fact that they are working in a francophone environment and to learn to speak French themselves, but more importantly, we want the workers under their supervision to be able to exercise their fundamental right to work in French when responding to the request of a unilingual anglophone.
