In my view, if the situation is one of a majority government and it has crossed the threshold of the third year, then the odds are 95 to 99 per cent that there will be the fixed date, in which case people can do their planning accordingly and achieve some of the better results that are listed over there and to which I alluded in my introductory remarks.
