Leroux (Richmond-Wolfe): Monsieur le Président, tout d'abord, si vous me le permettez, au nom de l'opposition officielle et de tous mes collègues parlementaires du Bloc québécois, je voudrais témoigner ici, en ce début de session, puisque nous nous retrouvons, de notre compassion et de notre solidarité envers toutes les personnes qui, au Québec, au Saguenay, sur la Côte-Nord et en Estrie, ont dû vivre des moments très difficiles cet été lors des sinistres qui s'y sont produits.
Mr. Leroux (Richmond-Wolfe, BQ): Mr. Speaker, first of all, speaking on behalf of the official opposition and all fellow members of the Bloc Quebecois, now we are all gathered here at the beginning of this session, I would like to express our sympathy and solidarity with all the people in Quebec, in the Saguenay, on the North Shore and in the Eastern Townships, who went through such difficult times as a result of the natural disasters that struck this summer.
