- (DE) Monsieur le Président, je voudrais remercier la commissaire Ferrero-Waldner et M. Gloser pour leurs déclarations, mais permettez-moi avant tout de remercier tous les membres des autres groupes pour l’accueil qu’ils ont réservé à l’initiative prise par les Verts dans le cadre de ce débat, et en particulier de nous avoir permis, durant la période de session, d’adopter une motion de compromis à laquelle nous pouvons tous nous identifier et que je considère comme un signal important au vu de la situation actuelle.
– (DE) Mr President, I wish to thank Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner and Mr Gloser for what they have said, but first let me thank all the Members from the other groups for welcoming the Greens’ initiative for this debate, and particularly for making it possible for us, during this part-session, to adopt a compromise motion with which we can all identify, something that I, particularly in view of the current situation, see as a good and important signal.
