En 2015, et 2016, les relations UE-Tunisie ont connu des progrès importants avec des résultats concrets notamment :
Huge progress was made in EU‑Tunisia relations in 2015 and in the first half of 2016, with tangible results in the following areas:

Enfin, la société civile tunisienne, acteur fondamental de la transition (ce qui a valu au Quartet du dialogue national le Prix Nobel de la Paix 2015), est largement impliquée, notamment à travers des dialogues tripartites réguliers sur les grands chapitres de la relation UE-Tunisie et qui précèdent toutes les réunions de nos sous-comités.
Lastly, Tunisian civil society, which played a key role in the transition (hence the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to the National Dialogue Quartet in 2015), is closely involved in the process, primarily through the regular tripartite dialogues on the main areas of EU-Tunisia cooperation which take place before each of our subcommittee meetings.

La Commission européenne et le Service européen pour l'action extérieure publient aujourd'hui leur premier rapport sur l'état des relations UE-Tunisie pour la période 2015-2016, conformément à la Politique européenne de voisinage (PEV) révisée et avant la tenue du Conseil d'Association le 11 mai 2017.
Today, the European Commission and the European External Action Service published their first report on the state of EU-Tunisia relations in 2015-2016, in accordance with the revised European Neighbourhood Policy and prior to the Association Council being held on 11 May 2017.

1. Les PTOM appliquent aux marchés financés par l’Union un régime fiscal et douanier qui n’est pas moins favorable que celui appliqué à l’État membre dont relève le PTOM ou aux États auxquels le traitement de la nation la plus favorisée est accordé, ou aux organisations internationales de développement avec lesquelles ils ont des relations, quel que soit le traitement le plus favorable.
1. The OCTs shall apply to contracts funded by the Union tax and customs arrangements no less favourable than those applied by them to the Member State to which the OCTs is linked or to the states to which the most-favoured nation treatment is granted, or to international development organisations with which they have relations, whichever treatment is the most favourable.

2. Toutes les opérations effectuées soit dans la Communauté, soit en Tunisie, sur un produit déterminé seront considérées conjointement pour déterminer si l'ouvraison ou la transformation subie par ce produit doit être jugée insuffisante au sens du paragraphe 1.
2. All operations carried out either in the Community or in Tunisia on a given product shall be considered together when determining whether the working or processing undergone by that product is to be regarded as insufficient within the meaning of paragraph 1.

Les matières non originaires mises en œuvre dans la fabrication de produits originaires de la Communauté, de Tunisie ou d'un des autres pays visés aux articles 3 et 4, pour lesquelles une preuve de l'origine est délivrée ou établie conformément aux dispositions du titre V, ne bénéficient ni dans la Communauté ni en Tunisie d'une ristourne ou d'une exonération des droits de douane sous quelque forme que ce soit.
Non-originating materials used in the manufacture of products originating in the Community, in Tunisia or in one of the other countries referred to in Articles 3 and 4 for which a proof of origin is issued or made out in accordance with the provisions of Title V shall not be subject in the Community or in Tunisia to drawback of, or exemption from, customs duties of whatever kind.

Originating products, sent for exhibition in a country other than those referred to in Articles 3 and 4 with which cumulation is applicable and sold after the exhibition for importation in the Community or in Tunisia shall benefit on importation from the provisions of the Agreement provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the customs authorities that:

Lorsque les marchandises ont été déclarées à des fins d'importation en Tunisie ou dans un nouvel État membre, avant la date d'adhésion, dans le cadre d'accords préférentiels ou de régimes autonomes appliqués à ce moment-là entre la Tunisie et ce nouvel État membre, la preuve de l'origine qui a été délivrée rétroactivement dans le cadre de ces accords ou régimes peut aussi être acceptée, à condition qu'elle soit présentée aux autorités douanières dans un délai de quatre mois à partir de la date d'adhésion.
Where goods were declared for importation in either Tunisia or a new Member State, prior to the date of accession, under preferential agreements or autonomous arrangements applied between Tunisia and that new Member State at that time, proof of origin issued retrospectively under those agreements or arrangements may also be accepted, provided that it is submitted to the customs authorities within a period of four months from the date of accession.
