I believe that a section of our group is being unreasonable in recommending that no such notification is required, on the pretext that if the substances to be applied have prior approval it means they are not harmful.

Je suis sûr que nous sommes tous d'accord sur le fait qu'il est dans l'intérêt des habitants du sud de l'Ontario et du Canada en général de mettre au point, aussi vite que possible, une nouvelle structure administrative pour cet aéroport afin que nous puissions aller de l'avant et prendre les décisions critiques qui s'imposent, si nous voulons que l'aéroport Pearson demeure l'actif économique crucial qu'il constitue pour notre pays. I am sure we would all agree that it is in the best interest of the people of southern Ontario and the country in general to move as quickly as possible to develop a new administrative structure for the airport so that we can move ahead in making the critical decisions to maintain Pearson as a vital economic asset for the entire country.
