La Commission estime à titre préliminaire qu’aucun investisseur privé ne se serait comporté de la même façon que LRM et PMV, qui non seulement ont considérablement investi dans une entreprise qui fonctionnait à perte depuis cinq ans mais ont également accepté de convertir certains prêts en fonds propres et d'en annuler d’autres.
The Commission takes the preliminary view that no private investor would have accepted to act in the same way as LRM and PMV, who not only invested heavily in a company, which has been loss making over five years, but also accepted to convert some loans into equity and to write off others.
