Dans l’affaire T-29/08, Liga para Protecção da Natureza (LPN)/Commission, le Tribunal a, en rendant son arrêt, violé l’article 58 du statut de la Cour de justice dans la mesure où il n’a pas annulé la décision litigieuse de la Commission du 22 novembre 2007 en ce qui concerne les documents et parties de documents auxquels LPN s’est vu refuser l’accès par décision du 24 octobre 2008.
In Case T-29/08 Liga para Protecção da Natureza (LPN) v European Commission, the General Court infringed Article 58 of the Statute of the Court of Justice because it did not annul the contested decision of the Commission of 22 November 2007 in so far as the LPN was refused access to documents and parts of documents by the Commission decision of 24 October 2008.

So why is it that the majority of political forces represented in Parliament, which correspond to the majority represented in the Commission and the EU Council, do not adopt the regulation on origin marking, do not apply to imported products the same safety and protection standards required of products produced in the EU, do not use the 2007-2013 Financial Framework to protect production and employment, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises?
