Dans le mois qui suit l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, le REGRT pour l'électricité et le REGRT pour le gaz soumettent chacun à l'Agence et à la Commission leur propre méthodologie, qui concerne notamment la modélisation du réseau et du marché et sur laquelle se fonde, pour les projets d'intérêt commun relevant des catégories visées à l'annexe II, points 1 a) à d), et point 2, l'analyse harmonisée des coûts et avantages pour l'ensemble du système énergétique à l'échelle de l'Union. 1. Within one month of the entry into force of this Regulation, the ENTSO for Electricity and the ENTSO for Gas shall submit to the Agency and the Commission their respective methodology, including on network and market modelling, for a harmonised energy system-wide cost-benefit analysis at Union-wide level for projects of common interest falling under the categories set out in points 1(a) to (d) and 2 of Annex II. The methodology shall be elaborated in line with the principles laid down in Annex V and shall include, in particular, the consultation of relevant regional authorities, other infrastructure operators and the respective organisations representing them.
