2. Subject to Article 13(6) this Agreement shall set out as of 1 January 2017 the terms and conditions of Switzerland's participation in the implementation of the whole of Horizon 2020, the Euratom Programme 2014-2018 and in the activities carried out by Fusion for Energy for 2014-2020.

The terms and conditions of Switzerland's participation in the implementation of Pillar I of Horizon 2020 and actions under the specific objective ‘Spreading excellence and widening participation’, the Euratom Programme 2014-2018 and in the activities carried out by the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion for Energy (hereinafter ‘Fusion for Energy’) for 2014-2020 shall be as laid down in this Agreement.

Si la Confédération suisse ratifie ce protocole, le présent Accord s'applique à l'ensemble du programme Horizon 2020, au programme Euratom 2014-2018 et aux activités menées par Fusion for Energy à compter du 1er janvier 2017.
If the Swiss Confederation ratifies that Protocol, this Agreement shall apply to the whole of Horizon 2020, Euratom Programme 2014-2018 and the activities carried out by Fusion for Energy as of 1 January 2017.
