2. The Commission will review the performance of the Programme, assess the progress of the Kozloduy, Ignalina and Bohunice Programmes against the milestones and target dates referred to in Art 2.3 by the end of 2015 within the framework of the interim evaluation referred to in Art. 8 in order to assure that financial programming and the allocation of financial resources are based on actual needs and absorption capacity.
