Welcomes the official visit by Prime Minister Ivica Dačić to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the official support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of that country; is of the opinion that Serbia’s direct relations with the authorities of the Republika Srpska must be in line with this stated support and should not undermine the integrity, sovereignty, competences and effective functioning of the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina; furthermore, urges the Serbian authorities to actively support all necessary constitutional changes that would enable the Bosnian state-level institutions to carry out challenging reforms as part of the European integration process;
